HOW TO TAKE PART?
Make the purchase of your stand with these 2 simple steps:
Step 1
On our main page, you will find the call for our next edition, go to the Spaces section and select the one of your interest, continue the purchase process to enter your information as an exhibitor. We will contact you.
Step 2
You will receive an email with all the information corresponding to the rental of the stand, as well as the event information
Your Space includes:
- Exclusive content for your social networks. The flyer will be sent to you along with your confirmation, as well as the countdowns via Instagram.
- Repost of the products you will bring to the event. We will share the fixed post you have on your profile with the products you will bring to the event, in our stories.
- Exhibitor kit for use at the event. **The chair and table must be requested before the event.
- Satisfaction survey for exhibitors. Your point of view is very important to us, that is why the survey is on our website.
- Influencers and raffles, dynamics and surprises.
- Personalized attention before and during the event. Our team is here to help you, you will have our attention via email, WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Community of exhibitors on WhatsApp. After the event, you will be added to our WhatsApp community where you will obtain valuable information and many more benefits.
- Signs and strategic arrangement for the benefit of the stands. Stands will be arranged in a single circuit, so that everyone has good visibility and public flow.
- We take care of the limit of stands per edition. (With a maximum capacity of 40 exhibitors per edition).
- User and brand visible in the place. You will have a sign in your space with your visible brand and Instagram username so that the public can identify you, either in person or on social networks.
- More publicity prior to the event. We will generate content for Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok, prior to editing to improve audience capacity.
- We will share content throughout the event on our digital platforms.
Payment for the stand must be made a maximum of 1 week before the event to reserve your place as a seller, otherwise you will not be able to secure your space.
